In today’s professional world, people are increasingly confronted with highly demanding challenges and objectives.
When, in a professional situation, an individual wishes to overcome these difficulties, resolve a specific problem, improve his/her skills and behaviours, successfully manage a project or achieve personal development, coaching is one of the means available to help them achieve these goals.
Coaching involves an original and creative method which differs from traditional training and advice. It invites the ‘coachees’ to explore previously unexplored territory, leads them to change their point of view and consider other options when faced with certain situations.
When one considers that human beings only use 40% of their potential, this approach can prove to be an extremely effective development tool for each individual.
A variation of this pure coaching is individual guidance which combines the approach above with the use of training tools.
