HR Shared Services Manager / HR First Line Team Leader (111/14)


Description Fonction

As a HR Shared Services Manager and reporting to the Global HR Operations Director Belgium, you manage the HR first line team consisting of 25 to 30 HR Advisors. Your key responsibilities are :

- to plan, to organize, to coordinate and to develop the HR first line team in a conductive work environment ;
- to administer shared services team and Company policies, procedures and practices ;
- to implement the HR shared services vision and strategy within first line staff ;
- to establish, to communicate and to provide follow-up on Service Level Agreements (SLA) and KPI in order to maintain quality, productivity and training standards as defined ;
- to interpret, to communicate and to apply team members objectives, policies and procedures ;
- to develop & to implement improvement actions in order to update, simplify and enhance processes, procedures and technologies ;
- to collaborate with the HR Specialist and to support team in order to develop policies and procedures related to the shared services ;
- to work with the specialists in order to solve complex issues within the team and to make decisions related to these issues ;
- to assist VP HR Services Belgium in managing specific projects, in analyzing and in reporting.

Profil

- University degree.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years professional experience with at least 5 years in a HR shared services management position.
- True people manager/developer with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Customer, results and continuous improvement orientated.
- Ability to analyse data handle confidential information.
- Excellent command of French, English and Dutch.
- Knowledge of SAP desirable.
