Project Manager in Oncology or Chronic Disorders (111/002)


Description Fonction

You are working within the Immunotherapeutics Global Project Management team. Your main responsibility is to lead and coordinate Project Team Members (R&D, Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory and Technical) to ensure the project is going as smoothly as planned and proactively identify any deviation or issues from the plan and make sure options are evaluated and optimal solutions are implemented within the defined timeframe.

In this context:

- you drive execution, coordinate and track progress of project plans against agreed milestones;
- produce, update and communicate the project plan, focusing on critical quality, schedules, risks and budget and including milestone criteria for achievements;
- encourage team member’s contribution to project objectives;
- propose and recommend options for project strategy to governing bodies;
- present project progress at key decisional milestones to the Senior Management Committees.

Profil

- you hold at least a master degree in life sciences, you are a pharmacist or you hold a PhD;
- you have at least 5 years of experience in a Pharmaceutical Industry in R&D or Clinical;
- you have an experience in developing product in the Oncology field or the CNS field (chronic diseases – tobaccology is an asset);
- you have excellent people management skills and you are a recognized team leader, motivator and negotiator;
- you are English fluent, any other language is an asset.
